Tsolikouri Kvevi 2022
Amber dry wine is produced from Tsolikouri grape variety cultivated in Imereti region, Zestafoni municipality, village II Sviri, by the traditional Georgian method in kvevri. Wine is fermented with 1/3 amount of must, according to the Imeretian method. Wine is characterized by lively acidity, pear, apple, tropical fruits and mineral tones. Wine goes with cheese assort, salads, fish and poultry. Best served at 13-15 °C. Shelf life: indefinite. Storage temperature: +5 °C - +20 °C. Store in a dry place. Contains sulphites.
